Success NI is two things: a corporate training company, and a registered charity. We work with people and organisations seeking change and greater success in their personal or professional lives.
Some people already have a level of success. They believe they can achieve more, but don’t always know how.
Others find themselves stuck, limited or unhappy. They find it difficult to access their untapped potential.
We help each to move forward – out of comfort zones, limiting thoughts and behaviours, and towards more resourceful states and ways of being.

We’ve restored this former historical meeting house into a state of the art training centre.
We use NLP, CBT and a variety of other techniques to provide both our coporate training and our charity work.
We are experienced facilitators who have worked for over a decade in helping people develop professionally and personally. We attend both to thinking processes and skills development.
Success NI is a profit making but not profit taking company. Our programmes in the corporate sector funds our charity – The Success Foundation NI – and the work that it does.
Many people attend training courses and learn good things. Learning does not always equal change however and often they don’t implement the changes back in their lives – where they want or need to. At Success NI, we focus on showing how to effect those desired changes.
